Hunting Pretty

I'm the monster in the shadows, and she’s the girl addicted to monsters. She cries out in her sleep and I crave every sound. She fights when I pin her down, and I want her more for it. But when she digs too close to a missing girl, punishing her becomes the only way to keep her alive. She won’t back down, and now it’s too late—another predator is hunting her. The question is whether I’ll be the one to claim her.
