Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another when your book has shipped, including tracking information.
Shipping Times & Rates
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you don't receive tracking within 5 business days, please contact us.
Issues with Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive at all, please email us at support@britsbookhaven.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you to make it right.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand this in the future!
